3jnfkhksdvs3 This can happen because your computer doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed. So please install the newest one for your GPU, and restart your computer.
If you don't know how to do that, or installing it doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.

Hi! What do I do now?
3jnfkhksdvs3 Your dxdiag shows that you do not in fact have a proper graphics driver installed; the system is defaulting to the Microsoft Basic Display driver. But this may be because the driver or the graphics chip has been disabled. So please reenable it.
Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click the AMD Radeon entry, and select Enable, then restart your computer.
