My packs are gone

Hi i have played the sims 4, for atleast 6 years or so. I have had a break for some months and just didnt use my pc at all. Now im back and playings sims an all, but all of my packs are gone. Like everything i have used so much money on!!! How do i get them back, i still hav my account and everything, but not the expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs. What do i do? 

 

And also i do have all my old cc and like other games/familys i used to play with, but since i dont have the packs nothing is the way it was...

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help.

  • All of my packs are gone and my disappeared right after I downloaded the newest pack last month. I have been trying make a report of the error, but the reporting issue site is always down and nothing goes through. I have all of the proof that I purchased all packs with klarna account and credit cards. I am logged into the only account I have, and it is completely gone.

    Thank you so much it worked, i had everything on my fathers user.... But now i have an issue with it saying i need an EA membership! And i cant play without it. I have never had a membership, and i just played sims on my other user without paying for a membership. What do i do now??
