New pack and kits not working
I have them all installed, every folder shows up in the game install folder perfectly fine, i've tried removing cc and other usual troubleshoot options, I even tried removing all the other ep/sp fold...

laurellances Where did you buy the content? If directly from EA, please check the status of your order on ea.com, under Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History. Let me know what it says: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
Please also list the full path to the folders for the expansion and kits, as in, the Location listed under Properties > General. And let me know whether you've installed the game through the EA App, Steam, Epic, or some combination, whether now or in the past.
