AofRandD Your dxdiag clearly shows you're running Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode, or at least you were when the most recent crashes were recorded. If you've patched since you added the command, please make sure it's still present. And if you're playing through Steam, you'd need to enter the command there; please see this guide for more information:

You can also see which mode the game is using in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu, just after the version number. It will list either DX9 or DX11.
