Misfit-RX I wouldn't tell you to get a new device either, at least not without more evidence of a system issue. At least you know it's the system and not the account though.
Please try a repair install of Windows. This doesn't delete your files, just refreshes the OS install. Here's how to do it:

Since there's always a chance that your drive is damaged in some way (no evidence yet, but it's still a possibility at this point), it would be best to choose Option Two and a USB rather than using Windows Update or downloading the ISO to an internal drive. But if you don't have a USB, you can try one of the other options.
As noted, this shouldn't delete your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
When you're done, clear the EA App's cache yet again and repair the game yet again.
