LisaLadybirD82 With all due respect to EA support, that's a generic answer that often gets offered in the wrong contexts. I'm not saying it's never true, only that people can hear it when it doesn't apply to them. And this issue you're seeing is definitely not common, in fact I haven't seen another case on this site ever, or on the old help site in at least a few years.
Support also doesn't necessarily know what various tech teams are looking into. They're often told when something is an emerging issue that's getting attention, but I don't believe they have any way of looking up info on a problem that isn't already in their own database. And there's no way developers are telling support about all their ongoing projects.
Still, if you want to wait to see whether this resolves itself, you're free to do so.
