Permission Error when launching The Sims 4 - need help

Hi everyone, 

I'm running into a permission error when trying to update the Sims 4. Every time I update the game, I get an error message related to file or folder access. I've tried EVERYTHING, but nothing has worked so far. 

I have accepted the SYSTEM in security. I have cleared cache. I have cleaned boot windows. I have re-installed the app. I do not know what to do anymore :(

Is this a problem with Windows? Or is there something else I can do?

Please help.
