Permissions issue with sims 4 repair

I am really fed up of all the problems with my game now. Yesterday I had a notification from EA saying that my game needed to be repaired before I could play. I repaired the game and it kept getting stuck at 60% and then would come up with a permissions error. I had a look at the forums online and it said that the best thing to do would be to reinstall the game. I did all of that, now today I am having the same permissions error!

Somebody help me pleasee!
