PLEASE HELP! Loading screen takes forever when my sims is travelling home

When i load my sims4 game it work perfectly well until I press go home and travel different places there is an infinite loading screen and I can't seem to play because of it please help as really lov...

My save worked in clean folder i have added quite a few mods in it's happened quite a few times and I put the rest in yesterday and it happened again but I dont know how to tell which mods is corsing it
