AMistyShadow5995 Please remove your Mods folder anyway. Somehow, some mods can influence the game even when mods overall are disabled.
If that doesn't help, and you have any files in ConfigOverride, please delete them.
Otherwise, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

@puzzleaddict a dx what now? And also you're sure that if I do this than all of my saves will still be intact?

Also my computer won't let me move the sims 4 to my desktop, at first it said there wasn't any room, but after I deleted some things but the storage won't change, also it says it won't move my sims 4 folder simply because there are multiple files attached to it (mainly mods) I really don't want to lose any of my mods or cc I had to do that before and I'm still trying to find the cc that I've lost.
