reaper rewards stuck on startup

i got the new update, i cleared the ea app cashe, i updated the dlc unlocker for the patch, i deleted ui cheats and mccommand center, and betterbuildbuy, and when i start up the game, i either click the "play now" button and it doesn't do anything, or i exit out of it and it's stuck on that translucent gray screen and i can't press anything! please help!
