Refind Living Room and Business won't download

I purchased these kits but they won't download no matter what I do. I have cleared my cache at least three times, turned the computer off,  signed off and back on to EA - nothing is working. Why can'...

I have ben trying to repair the game but am not being given that option -- I don't have Sims3 and that is what she used to fix the issue.
