Re: Royalty & Legacy code/bonus content issues

Hi there!
I purchased The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy GRAND BUNDLE (at G2A store). The game downloaded, but none of the additional content was shown as purchased. I can still see the extra content available for purchase in the in-game store, and none of the related items have been added to my account (they are NOT available in the game). 
Have anyone of you faced a simillar issue?

    G2A never responded to my messages again either. Out of nowhere, they sent a new code with the two missing kits and bonus content. So for me the problem is solved. Hopefully you will get a code soon too! 😊

    Same story here! But after weeks of waiting I send g2a one final warning, gave them some time to respond (guess what? They didn't) and then asked my bank for chargeback on card payment. I got my money in less than an hour, so i highly recommend this. You just need good proof of fraudulent transaction (offer vs your ea library screenshots etc.).  

    Probably I'll get blocked on g2a account, but I don't plan to buy from scammers anytime soon...

    same for me they have ignored me for weeks, I have got a temporary refund from my credit card provider but g2a may still refute it.  I recommend trying it that way.

    Yeah so cleary it has nothing to do with EA. We all have been scamed :))

    Seller from G2A stoped responding, so i started a ticket with G2A support, guess what. Yeah they stoped responding as well. It has been around 3 weeks now without answer from the seller and more than a week since last response from support🤡 But it clearly looks that they don’t care and are trying hard to send me to someone else, seller > EA, support > seller XD 

    I asked G2A seller for proof that it is EA’s fault and that the key I bought is really a key for BUNDLE, and not a single expansion pack, it is quiet since then. 

    Have some of you been lucky enough to get a refund? Or does it look the same for everyone?

    I have the same issue and bought mine from G2A, they told me to contact the seller through my dashboard on G2A. The seller said it wasn't their issue and to contact EA or to wait for them to issue a fix. I have a feeling we have been robbed and there was never any extras to begin with. I should be able to get my money back as I bought mine with Pay Pal.

    I have the same problem, even though I bought the EP from Media Expert, which is a trusted brick-and-mortar store.
    Both the store's support department and EA's support department were shuffling blame. 
    Ultimately, EA support stated that it was some kind of technical bug on their end... so we're waiting for a solution.

    The same thing happend to me. I contacted both parties. g2a says that it's EA's responsibility and that the will resolve it. Then i contacted EA, but the clearly stated that they can't help in this matter since it wasn't purchased through EA, and their advice was to contact g2a again. I did that and informed g2a that EA will not resolve it, but i keep receiving the same response from g2a saying that EA will fix it. But then they refuse to provide any proof that EA is willing to resolve it. So i'm wondering whether it will actually be resolved.

    The same happened to me on g2a, the seller sent me another Key ID which had the bundle description but it said it had already been used when I tried it, I have contacted support again as it has been 5 days to see what can be done.

    The seller said that EA were handling this issue and were aware but EA said they are not responsible and to request a refund

    Hey szysza90​,

    Just to be clear, if a key was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, you'll need to work with them on any issues you encounter with the product key. These types of issues are not something we're able to assist with unless the code was purchased from a trusted retailer.

    The post linked in the solution goes into more detail, or you're welcome to check our article here for more information. In this case you'll need to speak with the seller for any other options I'm afraid.

    I have the same problem. The seller on G2A said EA is aware of the issue and is trying to resolve it. He told me to contact support.

    Exact same problem, bought mine from G2A and they told me to contact EA or wait until they fix the issue. Contacted EA if there is any update on the problem and got no response. Do u guys have any update?

    I contacted the seller on G2A; he said these are collections from preorders and that I should contact EA Games not him

    Same problem with g2a. Seller still says it's allegedly not on their end and that EA is working on resolving the issue.

    Yup, I already did that. Unfortunatelly I can see one. and only one key in my purchases.

    Same issue here, I've bought "The Sims 4 - Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle" on Kinguin, and I'm missing the Kits and Digital Content.
    I've contacted them, and they told me to contact EA support, which I think that doesn't make sense, since they were the ones who sold me the key.

    Check if you got an additional code to enter for the extra stuff! It is possible that these are divided into multiple codes.

    Same problem here. I bought the bundle at Instantgaming. The Royalty&Legacy appears on game and I can play everything. But the kits are missing and also I have noticed that the full bundle appears on shop like if I wouldn't have it. Let's hope they fix it soon.

    So I opened a new support case and eventually received the following response:
    ```
    I just have consulted with my team and I would like to inform you that we are receiving several cases about the same issue and we are reporting this issue to team for the investigation. I would request you to please wait for some time the issue will be fixed as soon as possible. ( 1h 11m 13s ) 

    I would be glad to provide you a timeframe but as the team is different and we haven't received any updates yet. I am unable to give you any time frame. But no need to worry the issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

    But I couldn't find the base expansion pack in the store. There was only a bundle available - I mean in the official (ea app) store.

    I have the same issue with the same seller, they have completely evaded any responsibility for mis-selling the Grand Bundle as the base Expansion Pack.
