China2Crazy Did the clean user folder help? It should have if this is mod-related, that is unless you restored your mods before testing the game. Please test the clean folder if you haven't already, and if it doesn't help, provide a dxdiag, as requested.
tiffanikosh Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists some crashes of the graphics driver and various Sims 4 errors that are possibly and certainly related to the driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
Thanks a lot! I did try re-install the graphic drivers using DDU. My sims 4 game runs smoothly for like an hour, then suddenly the screen goes white again. Is there a possibility of broken hardware like my graphic card or insufficient PSU? I attach my updated dxdiag. Thank you
