RubberCement999 Your dxdiag crashed a few times while running and is therefore missing most of the relevant information. So please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Click Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, click Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, click Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards. Then create a new dxdiag and post it. You can also test the game again in case sfc fixed an issue that was affecting performance. I would definitely run it with no other apps open though since your system is a bit low on memory.
rachline28 I didn't suggest you update your graphics drivers or delete any files. Is there a reason you did so anyway? The driver for the iGPU was somewhat old, but the Nvidia driver was new enough to be fine, and the newest drivers from Nvidia have had some issues.
Regardless, I'd like to see a new dxdiag from after you updated the drivers.
