Sims 4 - Game is Already Running
I have been trying to launch the game for over 12 hours and doing every troubleshooting step I can find. When I try to launch the game, I get the "Game is already running" popup, but then after click...
Oh my god. I just fixed it and I'm going to post my fix here:
I have been playing a game that uses IRL time to advance the game, which is annoying, so I've been time travelling by adjusting my system time manually. Setting my system time to adjust automatically immediately fixed it. Hopefully this saves someone else a headache.
