Sims 4 keep crashing

Hi my game has been crashing ever since the June update ever time I load my sims 4 to new game, load game when I pick a season to play in and resume it crashes and I can’t play the game at all I dele...

    Mini-toes123​  The type of crash you're getting is usually mod-related.  That's not always the case, but the next step after removing mods would be to do a clean uninstall of the game before reinstalling it, so it's a lot easier to test without mods first.  Repair the game (again, if you have already) after removing the rest of your mods and before testing.

Mini-toes123​  With your entire Mods folder removed, can you load a new save, not just CAS but live mode?  Please test if you haven't already.  If that doesn't work, remove the entire Sims 4 folder, so the game has to generate a new one, and try another new save.  Don't use anything from the Gallery.

If the new folder doesn't work, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

If the new folder does work, copy one of your existing saves to that folder and test it too.

    Thanks for your help but that didn’t work and I’m doing this from my iPhone so I can’t attach the dxdiag ☺️
