Sims 4 Lovestruck DLC isn't working

Ok, so basically I've had the sims 4 for years now and I have it installed through EA. I do use custom content but I've removed it for the sake of seeing if it would fix things and my lovestruck DLC ...

It sounds like you may have redeemed a code for the preorder content only, and not the full DLC. If you didn't receive another code from the retailer, you'll need to contact that retailer directly for a replacement code or refund.
