Sims 4 Packs Missing on and off for a long time... mainly off!
Please help.
Please help..I'm not computer minded so please SPELL OUT each stage of help like youre talking to a baby please :-)
My mum has been trying to sort this out for so long and we just cant do it..... I owned these packs Cats and Dogs, Get Famous, Dream Home Decorator, City Living and Seasons....maybe more but I cant find emails to prove i owned those.....
They keep disappearing... since it moved to the EA app. At first they would come and go- now they are just gone and the SIMS4 store says I dont own the packs - but I did own them!! some my mum even double purchased and they are gone too!!
When I try and load my saved games they wont load properly as it says I need the packs (which i did have when I saved the games)
Mum has opened EA app on laptop and cleared the cache but it still doesn't work. I'm so desperate. I miss playing so much, Mum spent a lot of money buying them for me and I can't play. Please please please help but please keep it really simple with what I need to do.... I Can show you where we purchased the packs in the past if you need proof? pls help me! Thank you so much
