Hello! I've been having trouble with my sims. They just had a baby so I moved them into a different house. they do own this house, but they will not go into their house?
It looks like when you travel to a house you don't own, but there's no way to actually get in. Their newborn is in the house, but there's no way for them to get to him and I'm so confused
Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
Oh shoot I'm sorry, this is with mods unfortunately, I forgot to mention that
In the cottage living world
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Travel to the house
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
Please also do test without mods/cc

Deleting the exception files helped ? Did you also update your game ? Maybe it was the update. Deleting exception files shouldn't fix an issue.
I did delete the exception files, updating the game didn't happen until later but I can no longer really play the game sadly because it takes up too much storage space
