I ave a problem with my main household - interactions are frozen, they just stand around. When I put them to sleep the energy bar doesn't fill. I've tried gettin rid of mods but the issue stays. I've moved lots and played with each sim seperatly and it still doesn't work. When I play with other households it's fine, so idk what's wrong ...
c6d89b6d9945452d To be clear, you've tested each of your sims on a separate lot, with no mods or custom content present, and all of them are still affected? And you've tested on default EA-made lots?
If all that is the case, try emptying the sims' inventories.
If that doesn't help either, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to play one of these sims and see whether you get a new LE. (You might not, but it's worth checking.) If you do see an LE, open it, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
