This is the message i recieved after the "sfc /scannow":

I have also updated my graphics driver to the newest version (Starting by the one you reccomended and going one by one untill 26.3.1), but it did not seem to work. It was still stuck on the title screen, but it also seemed that the start up animation was now also stuttering. I tried restarting my PC and repairing the game but now it seems it does not want to open entirely anymore.
TaskManager is saying its using Low CPU, about 300MB of Ram and slight disc activity so its probably doing something.
I am afraid this issue is probably caused by my PC's hardware, but I have made a new DxDiag just in case!.
