Aneedawells Please uninstall both your EA App and Steam copies of Sims 4. Reinstall the game from Steam along with the packs you own there. Then open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.
I understand that, but all my The Sims 3 packs from Steam are normally installed via the AE app, so I don't understand why the problem is only with Sims 4 packs?
