Elingizmo The issue with loading into your household may or may not be resolved by getting your packs installed properly, so let's focus on that first. If your packs show as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, but aren't loading in-game, please see the first post and accepted solution of this thread:

If you see Download buttons, you can of course simply click them.
If you get your packs to load in-game but still can't load your save, try loading a different household within that same save. Use Load Game rather than Resume.
