Unable to Play

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on with my game. I've repaired it twice, I see nothing is wrong. Even tried playing with no mods, and my games will not load. The main menu takes forever to pull up, and then none of my games will load. It's happened for the last two days. Is anyone else having similar issues?
