Update 11/ 4/24 - Sims game won't open and returns to EA app Homepage

Hi I went to play Sims 4 today, and it had me download the latest update. Since I went to open the game and it start to load, then flashes to the white screen and then returns to the EA app homepage ...

Triggerfish52  Did you ty my suggestions as well?  This is a fairly common issue after the last major update,  and most players who have it have managed to fix it with one of these changes.

    I have no idea what a dxdig is. Is there a way to contact EA Directly, seems like everyone is having this problem
