What computer is best for the Sims 4 including packs, mods, and cc?

kingflorencio  This one is only marginally better than the first one, in that the i5-14400F is marginally better than the i5-13400F.  The benchmarks are as low as 1% apart at times.  So I would get the cheaper model and save the money for a potential CPU upgrade down the road, if you need it.  You might never need it; I'm just saying you could upgrade if you wanted to do so.

ABS is Newegg's in-house system integrator.  Newegg sells components that people buy when building their own computers, and it assembles some systems itself with the overstock.  So you're getting the same quality components you would if you were building your own system on a budget.  The build quality is fine, not the best but good enough.

what does screen tearing problems?

kingflorencio  Screen tearing is when the monitor displays parts of two separate frames at the same time, and those frames don't look identical.  So as you move the camera, you can see a line across the screen that looks disjointed.

This is less of a problem than it used to be and should be entirely controllable with software.  It is not dangerous even when uncontrolled.
