shirobya Did you let your Nvidia graphics driver update? I ask because I doubt HP has posted this new a driver, and your current Intel driver is older than the one your first dxdiag listed, so it looks like you correctly reverted to the HP-provided drivers. But the Nvidia driver your current dxdiag lists is the newest one, so it probably updated for one reason or another.
One possible cause is having GeForce Experience installed, or perhaps the newer Nvidia App, and allowing it to auto-update your drivers. I don't think Windows would update the driver on its own to this particular version; it seems to still be using a driver from last August. But you may have another app running updates for you. If so, please disable that.
Please also remove the current Nvidia driver and install the one from HP again. You don't need to uninstall the Intel driver. When installing the Nvidia driver, choose the Custom (not Express) install method, if you see the option, and deselect GeForce Experience or the Nvidia App if it's listed. If you really want to use one or the other, save that for later, and be sure to decline the offer to keep your driver updated.
tricia1002 Everything in my second response to the OP applies to you as well: you have an affected Omen laptop that should respond to the workarounds, and your dxdiag also lists the same type of crash of the graphics driver. So please use those instructions. And make sure nothing is updating your Nvidia graphics driver, as I've written above in this post.
