after submitting a code for a stuff pack i got nothing

so basically to start, i got a game pack, and two stuff packs off of amazon, getting the codes was easy, but after putting the codes in the ea code redemption, it says i dont own any of the recent things i bought. (which really sucks like i spent the money on things ive been wanting for awhile!)  and ive tried resting the add deleting it and even deleting and resting my sims4 but its still not there. is any way to fix it or atleast get a refund??????????? at this point i am so tired

    Hi MOTH_MAN1708  

    Try to clear the app cache:
    EA app’s menu, select the three dashes in the left corner of the EA app, scroll to Help, click App recovery and select Clear cache.

    Next repair the game: Click into the game then click Manage and then you have the option to Repair.

    Check if the missing packs show in game after that.

    None of your screenshots show anything that says you don't own what you purchased Two of them shows what you currently have installed Why you posted two identical screenshots I don't know. Posting a screenshot of the price of a game pack was pointless.
    In your game library click the Sims 4 then manage | Manage Addons scroll to your new purchases and click the Download button by each.
