Yes , another black screen post...

Hello all, i have spent a few hours now trying to fix my game after recent events. I feel like I have tried almost everything, and having come from a game that was working before the automatic update...

    IvyYuuki​  That means the problem is something in the old account.  Just to be thorough, while still in the old account, you didn't add back any content from the original Sims 4 folder you moved, did you?  And OneDrive didn't redownload any content?  Please have a look, and if you do see your old content, test without it again.  That's the most likely cause here.

    I'm not saying you can't use your old content, only that something is broken and we need to find it.

    If you just want to use the new Windows account, you can transfer your saves by placing them here:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents

    This folder is accessible from any account, so you can grab your files while in the new one.
