I don't have the Legacy Edition it says I have the normal version on Origin. I can see all my games and everything looks normal. But when I start the game I can't use the gallery. It says I have to register my game to my EA account? I've had my game for years and have always had access to the gallery, until now. I have tried to repair the game, run it as administrator and I have a good internet connection.This is the window that pops up. Sorry my game is in Swedish.I would love to get some help since I've paid so much to get the game and all packs and can't access the gallery. Thanks.

Is anyone still having issues with this ? The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message

I can't connect to the Gallery. It says that I need Sims 4 connected to my EA account but it is. Can't get a hold of any advisors when I was eighth in line. My laptop tried to restart itself and now I can't contact EA. I'm freaking out here and would appreciate some help.

My friend is also having this problem. Cleared cache, tried without mods, reinstalled origin. Nothing.

@sofieejag Same issue just now. Because I live in Australia, my only option is to email them and wait three days. I’m trying to access the Gallery. I shared a couple lots and now I’m blocked. I paid a lot for my games and had them since 2014. I hope this is fixed quickly!

I'm logged to my EA account and my Origin application on PC, but whenever I try to play The Sims 4 I'm getting message "Please connect the game with your EA account". I've been playing it for years without a problem. I had maybe a year break and now I can't play it...

Have either of you tried to report the problem directly to the EA help on social media platforms? I just sent this problem thorough a private Message to EAHelp on Twitter and I have yet to hear back. Good to know that I am not the only one having this problem.

I have the same probelm too! Been like this the whole day, and it only says when i try to go online "You must have The Sims 4 registered to your EA account to access online features" Whats happening? I have never had this problem before.

I googled the problem and there is a forum with the same problem back in 2016-2017 with a "solution". Here is the link just in case: Solved: [FIXED] Must Have The Sims 4 Connected to Your EA Account - Answer HQ.
But I have not heard back form the help team in Twitter yet.

@Czarniak4 How long is this been going on ? EA seems to have connection issues today.
