purchasing works

I bought 600 money, 100,000 gold, 50 costume money and 20 llama tags yesterday in the game with 100 TL but the llamas did not come and when I tried again it gave an error and it shows that I have purchased many products but they are not anywhere. Today I bought another product, the accelerator, but I want to return it but it is not possible to return it and where can I do it? There is no support team anywhere. Nobody helps in this game. Where is this team? I want a refund.
