Bugs/Gameplay
To the EA / Battlefield Team,
I’m writing as a dedicated player to raise serious concerns about the current state of Battlefield 6 on PS5.
It seems that with every new update, the game becomes more unstable instead of improving. I’m experiencing ongoing gameplay issues with no error codes, including:
* Being shot from long distances through solid concrete walls
* Hit markers not registering when shooting opponents
* Parachutes failing to deploy in Redsec mode
* Major imbalance during crossplay, where PC players have a clear and unfair advantage in speed and responsiveness
* Challenges, unlocks, and locked items not functioning properly (items stuck in limbo, missing, or unable to be earned or used)
These problems are not occasional—they are consistent and significantly impact gameplay.
Crossplay in its current state feels unbalanced. Console players are at a disadvantage against PC players, which takes away from fair competition. This needs serious attention, whether through better balancing or more refined matchmaking options.
Additionally, server performance appears to be an issue. A more regional matchmaking system instead of worldwide servers could help improve latency, responsiveness, and overall gameplay quality—especially for new players trying to enjoy the game.
The game also needs more engaging content:
* More maps to keep gameplay fresh
* Better daily rewards that actually feel worth earning
Right now, it feels like the focus is more on updates and monetization rather than fixing core gameplay issues. Battlefield has always been a great franchise, but it needs attention and care to meet player expectations.
Please prioritize fixing these core problems and improving the overall player experience.
Respectfully,
