No matter how many times my sims achieve a milestone some of the family recipes wont unlock, fertility unleashed, illness immunity etc. Regardless of the save, family or other factors wont unlock.

- Did you remove your mods or never use any ? You choose both but they conflict with each other.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Could you please list all the ones you have issues with ?
