[BH] Certain Family Recipies don't unlock

I have noticed in my save files that family recipes aren't unlocking, so far I have noticed fertility unleashed and low maintenance, which are 2 I was looking forward to using when the pack was announced.  While I was able to unlock the fertility in a newer save file I started, low maintenance didn't unlock in either the file I had before the pack and the one I started after the pack came out. These on going issues are making it very difficult to continue to play legacy files if items in packs don't work on older save files or as advertised.

Has your sims met the requirements for the special touch to be unlocked? With low maintenance, the parent needs to watch their child age up, for the touch to be unlocked.

Could you please provide the following information

• Did you remove your mods or never use any ? You choose both but they conflict with each other.
• What platform are you playing ?
• Could you please list all the ones you have issues with ?

I’m a PlayStation player so I can’t get mods so it’s not that what it’s affecting it. I have had four children and this character cannot have fertility unleashed. She gave birth to them as babies in the hospital with the expansion pack get to work and at home two in the hospital two at home. So yes, my one has reached the criteria to unlock the special touch.
