[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

same issue on PC. i have mods, but uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and removed all mods and it still is not working :C 

Since EA is lacking in communication skills, I thought I'd take the initiative and google just exactly what "Under Investigation" actually means, I'll post my findings here. I don't know why they couldn't have just posted this themselves instead of leaving us in the dark. 

When EA says a Sims 4 bug is "under investigation," it means that a quality assurance (QA) team or developer has acknowledged the bug report and is actively trying to determine its cause and scope.

• Fix Development:Once the cause is identified, engineers can begin developing a resolution.
• Testing:After a fix is developed, the QA team will test it to ensure it works as intended across different platforms. 

Important notes:

• "Under investigation" doesn't guarantee a speedy fix:The process of identifying and fixing a bug can be complex and time-consuming, especially in a game with many variations like The Sims 4.
• Player feedback is valuable:Providing detailed reports and save files can assist EA in faster bug reproduction and resolution.
• Some complex bugs require extensive work:Some issues might involve intricate code structures and require a more prolonged investigation. 

While some players might view "under investigation" as a way to delay fixing bugs, the description from EA forums indicates it's part of their standard process for addressing reported issues. 

ME TOO! I have went through every single piece of my cc and I was so confused. I'm so glad its not just me with this issue. I play on PC

I am also having this problem in the game. I removed all mods, repaired the game too. Won’t allow me to place this board. 

Playing today and noticed the same issue on my Mac. No mods or cc. Seems to only be the whiteboard (that I’ve noticed).

I keep getting script call fail notifications when trying to place the business and hobbies whiteboard. I cant access it anywhere in the world. Its disappeared from where it used to be placed. I dont have any CC or mods either. Help

This has been happening on PC since the last update. Once I updated my game this started happening to me as well. I'm still playing my small business and just not hosting classes right now. 

I'm unable to place the hobby whiteboard on laptop as well. I get the "Script call fail" message as well. The only big mods I have all have already been updated to work with the latest update so I don't think this is a mods issue for me. So frustrating.

Same. No mods or cc, but cannot place the whiteboard 

I'm getting a "script call failed" error message pop up (PC) when I try to place the B&H whiteboard as well. Removed all mods, don't play with CC, repaired my game, deleted the localthumbcache.package file, and tested with a new save. No luck. Seems something in the update has upset this one item specifically for some reason.
