[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

Why is my $1000 game breaking every time you guys mess with it? These bugs are ABSOLUTELY worse than the raining indoors. That was at least ignorable. 

Hi, I am trying to place the whiteboard from Businesses & Hobbies but keep getting Script Call Failed. I have been struggling with this for hours. 

• I do not have any Mods. (Have tried with both Mods folder completely removed & with Resource.cfg in there).
• I do not have any CC.
• I have repaired the game through Origin, no difference. 
• I have uninstalled & reinstalled, no difference. 
• I have tried a new game & still cannot place the object on an empty lot (This is without my saves loaded). 
• I have tried multiple previous save files & it wont place. I even tried a save file from a house where I had already placed & used it several times but no. 
• I have removed OneDrive. 
• I have read every Forum & everything online & everyone says the same thing, that it's CC or Mods but I have neither, or that the game needs repairing but thats not working either.

There has to be a solution :-(

I can confirm this: no mods, repaired the game, no change.  I hope they fix it soon!

I'm hoping there would be someone here who could help me with a recent problem. Since the update yesterday, I can't place a hobby whiteboard. I get a script call failed message every time I try to place the object. I have played with mods but I removed them all and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but the problem still occurs. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a fix to it? Thanks!

Having the same issue. Updated game, started a new save with no mods or cc. When I try to place the business and hobbies whiteboard I get “script call failed” and it disappears.

Having the same issue, all existing whiteboards in the world are gone. 

After the update I'm getting the script call fail notification when placing certain items (the small business whiteboard specifically). I don't have any mods or custom content and I've already repaired the game twice to no avail. Is there anything else I can do to fix this or is it a bug from the update?
