Since the latest update the hobby-whiteboard from „hobby and business“ is vanished in every household (played and unplayed) and can‘t be replaced.
I play on PS5. 🙁

I get the pop up "script call failed" when trying to place the whiteboard from Bussinesses and Hobbies. There is nothing in the way.
I'm having the same issue. I've never used mods or cc, plus everything was fine before the update. It's becoming increasingly clear that EA never playtests any of their updates for pack compatibility. It's frustrating that players pay all this money for packs the have a 90% chance of breaking their game, and then have to wait weeks, months, or even years for a fix. And then another update happens and the cycle repeats itself.

game broke mods and therefore challenge saves, tried new game with no mods for now, and now can't really move forward because of this bug and trashcan bug....

I’m having the same issue unfortunately! I’m on laptop.
When I try to place the lecture board from Businesses and Hobbies on my lot it disappears and I get script error code.
