[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

I am having this issue on PlayStation 5.

Yes, I can confirm this bug too. I loaded my game and the whiteboard was already gone from its usual place, it was in in my Sims' household inventory and when trying to place it, it disappears immediately showing that scrip error "script call failed". This happens in both of my Sims' residential/small business lot and their small business venue lot. When visiting a small business from other households, e.g. Loden family's business "Koffieboon", their whiteboard is also gone. This is extremely frustrating, that's how I can summarize the current Sims 4 gameplay experience, a huge feature of the pack is just broken. 

dear players, i ask you again to give your feedback, especially if you are extremely pissed in the following link. it is useless to get upset in a bug thread, the bug or several have been forwarded to EA. but nothing has happened yet. it is always the same. 
it is YOUR money.
it is YOUR gaming fun that is lost, but games should be fun!
it is YOUR time that you spend looking for a hotfix so that you can play at all (depending on the problem) but it's NOT your job, because it's the developers' job to solve the problem. promptly. and they are under EA.

do you want something to change, or do you also want to be labeled by the publisher as "nerds in a cave" who buy everything that is made available to them anyway? this is how RPG players have been labeled, to be looked up publicly on the internet.

Same! I just bought it and can’t play it. I feel used.

I can’t place the businesses and hobbies with board without getting a “script call failed” error message. I’ve removed all mods and repaired the game, cleared cache folders etc and nothing is working 😭

Same issue on PS5. It's annoying af because now my thriving business is useless. 

All previously existing whiteboards in a school business I made in a pre-patch save have disappeared. Sims team, thank you for marking this "under investigation." Please fix ASAP; this is still a practically brand-new pack feature, and I was in process of building an entire save file around it.
