Bugs with horse riding

Anyone else having bugs with the horses more than usual? Like the sim not being able to interact with the horse (petting, talking etc), they just do it randomly in a really weird position away from the horse. Or not being able to get on the horse and/or doing it, again, in really weird way. Also when training the horse the whole thing just pauses and stops moving but the skill is still developing?

Repairing the game may help. If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
