I deleted the LastException files (none of the dates were new), but I also have existing "lastCrash" and "lastUIException" (none of the dates are new) - should I try deleting those too because it did not create a new "lastException". I had to force quit because it completely froze.
I opened the game.
Let the Sim start doing things.
Went to the phone to travel.
Selected the library. It got stuck on the loading screen (but I could hear as if it was loaded in).
Clicked "m". Went to the museum. the screen turned pink.
After it loaded in, it was pretty laggy (and it has been freezing at that lot).
Traveled to the park and it was fine, normal, no lag.
Tried going back to the library, same issue.
Went back to the museum and I couldn't click anything anymore so I forced quit out of the game.
Hi sassierspoon
could you start a new save game for testing purposes to see if it works there. This is to determine if it's save related or a general issue.
If it works in a new save, please also test a different household.

I'm a little stingy when it comes to creating new save files because I don't have a lot. I like to create them with a purpose (super sim save, legacy save, 100 babies save, etc). Let me think of what I want to play next and then I will do it either Saturday evening or Sunday.
I tested with older saves (that were never opened during Blast to the Past) and different households from my Timed Events save - and they all had the same issue.- crinrict4 months agoHero+
You can just delete it afterwards. It's really for testing out only.
Do you remember if it was fine before the event ?
