[FR] Cannot change a rental lot to any other kind of lot type

When I bulldoze a rental lot and attempt to change it to another lot type, the game hangs up and crashes. Also, no other lot types other than rental, residential , haunted residential and tiny home residence, show up as a choice for that lot.  This makes the lot type or rental a permanent choice as it cannot be changed to any other lot type. I am on PS5 no mods no cc never used
