game doesnt work since update
hi
i updated my game 4 days ago, and ever since i have a few bugs
firstly, the main menu shows NPC family, with a lot of "wwwwwww"
i cant see my created sims at all. not in my household and not in other households.
also, i have cant play with any family, it deletes every game aspect of the game.
i can build lots and stuff from managing world but not do anything else
i do have CC enable and downloaded, but the bug is there with and without the CC
i miss playing i need help 😭

the wwww is a symptom of you not having any active households so it happens because you have no households
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
