[IL] Swim faster at level 6 Fitness not happening

Not sure if this is something that came with Island Living or is exclusive to Island Living, but very rarely do my Sims swim "faster" after reaching level 6 in Fitness. Not game shattering, but not...

Their speed does change, it's the fastest speed that's missing. Although occasionally I see it. I vaguely remember something about sims being able swim as fast as a mermaid. But... 🤷‍♀️

  I remember there being a really fast swim speed, but… I seldom see it anymore. Just often enough to make me wonder what happened. Or what triggers it? It’s one of those “Well, huh?” things. I keep wondering if it’s a trait or moodlet thing? But, don’t know. I do remember it.
