[JA] No option to buy from the craft sales table

My sim has the Jungle Explorer aspiration but she cannot complete the first task "Buy 3 Goods at the Marketplace" because the craft sales table does not have the option. The vendor is there but when I click the table only "Show inventory" option is there. Nothing else.

I've tried reset the vendor or try different table but it is still the same. I have mods but I tried fresh save without mods and it had the same problem there too.
