Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

This just started happening to me, Willow creek disease. I just bought the new pack too, which makes me feel like a real joker.
1 year old save file, medium amount of residential rentals, lots are flipping to different types and when I go into edit the lot is empty, no house. Error code 801, then endless loading.
No clue how much clutter is in my save file, it shouldn't be on me to meticulously track my rentals and clutter, simply trying to avoid this bug made me paranoid, and it happened anyway.
That's the thing: we shouldn't be supposed to have a track of the lots and items we have.
The Sims 4 is a game about creating Sims and builds, and now they are saying that we can't do that because it will break our game. It's insane.
They are basically destroying their selling point.
