Load Error Code 800/801

Hi, 

My game is currently unplayable and it's so frustrating. There's more than just one issue. I own most packs so I have spent so much money in game. I use mods. When I remove mods and start a new game the game functions at first because I only have 1 family ingame. Here's what has happened so far in order, roughly over the last year. 

1: Originating from that big lot in Willow creek I got the error 800 and couldn't go in. This later spread to other areas.

This corruption spread became significant and even if lots managed to load they loaded empty. 
I started a new save and was migrating lots. I was nearly done when I went into Willow creek and noticed the issue also spread to this save game.
When trying to recover older saves so I could get back the lots I noticed that my saves were deleted when I had not deleted them. I have been playing the same save game for years so all of that went down the drain. 
I created a third new save game. When migrating lots I noticed that things were deleting themselves from my save on my account, like they weren't with the other saved houses etc when I remember saving them. 
When I went into lots in Oasis springs and tried to bulldoze them they would not bulldoze and nothing would delete. I had only migrated houses for 2 towns and hadn't even added townies so this game is completely unplayable. 

I am very upset as I spent a lot of money and time not only in this game but on trying to make this game work. I just wish EA would fix this. Let me know what I should attach please.
