Load Error Code 800/801

Does the game launch at all?  yes
If yes, does the game endlessly load?  it can happen, but not every time ; i usually notice the corruption when i get an error message when trying to load a lot, or when some lots revert back to the default
Does the game load, but buildings, lots, worlds, or Sims are missing?  yes
Is this happening to every save, or one specific save? every save so far
Does this happen on new saves as well? I don't know, but every existing save is eventually affected
Do you use mods? yes, they're all up to date, i use mods and cc since the Sims 1 so i know how to use them
Does the issue persist after all mods are removed? yes
Have you tried repairing your game while mods are removed? yes
Does the issue persist after repair? yes
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game? yes
Does the issue persist? yes
Usually the corruption happens when the neighborhood stories make Sims automatically move in rental lots, or when i make my Sims move in a rental. I like neighborhood stories, and i like rentals, but those features are virtually impossible to use at the moment.
