Load Error Code 800/801

Does the game launch at all? The Game does launch

If yes, does the game endlessly load? Only If I try to load a specific lot in Willow Creek - of the four lots in the bottom left corner of the map, it's the one furthest to the left, the 40x30.  It will either load endlessly or give me error code 800. The other 3 lots, though they show my lots on the map, show up as blank when I load into them.

Is this happening to every save, or one specific save? 

One specific save that I've been playing with for about 5-6 years. The issue did start after For Rent and ever since I caught it, I always "Save As" my game and make duplicate saves, just in case, as I've found I can go back and save the game if I catch the issue. In this instance, I noticed the corruption recently and had to go back to a save from June 20th, which still works. The following save from June 27th has the issue, as do all saves that proceed the 6/27 save. I've included both in my OneDrive link in the hope that they will help. From observation, I've had to be careful about the save file size - specifically, I try to limit the number of residential rentals I have. At one point shortly after For Rent, if I loaded into a lot and I had too many residential rentals or too many sims or lots, the surrounding neighborhood would show the default lots (even though the map view showed my custom lots) and corruption would begin shortly after. I would just have to delete unused lots/Sims and the issue would correct itself so for months I've always checked the surrounding lots as a sign, but in this case that issue didn't come up and the corruption started in Willow Creek regardless. 

Does this happen on new saves as well? No

Do you use mods? Yes, mostly CAS and BB.  

Does the issue persist after all mods are removed? Yes, the same lot in Willow Creek will continue to generate error code 800. I even removed Mods, duplicated my most recent save, saved it again without the mods and reloaded the save - the lot was still corrupted. 

Have you tried repairing your game while mods are removed? Yes, same as above.
