Load Error Code 800/801

Issue When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading. Similar issues Please check out this thread for similar issue...

I haven’t been able to load my Sims 4 game for a few days now. It keeps coming up with an error 800 code and tells me to relaunch the game. Have done that many times and still says the same thing. It’s getting annoying! I don’t use mods and wanted to purchase some more packs during this sale but I don’t want to waste my money if the game can’t start up. PLEASE HELP!!!
