Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

I am a legacy player and started having this error around the time For Rent came out. Over a year ago, I started a new save and have been playing in that since. I have just started encountering this error again in the new save. I own all packs.
I play/build using mods (can provide a FULL list if needed:)
